Truck Wrapping

Your Vision, Our Precision

Your Fleet Is Your Biggest Billboard. Make It Work as Hard as You Do.

Every truck in your fleet covers hundreds of miles a day. That is tens of thousands of people seeing your brand on every route you run. A professionally wrapped truck tells the market you are serious, established, and operating at a level your competitors are not. A truck with faded graphics, peeling edges, or inconsistent branding across the fleet does the opposite. We are Birmingham’s first and largest dedicated wrapping studio, with over 40 years of combined experience across our team of ten. We have wrapped rigid bodies, tractor units, curtainsiders, and box trailers for haulage firms, logistics operators, and distribution businesses across the West Midlands and nationally. Whether you need a full colour change, printed fleet livery, vehicle graphics, or branded signage, we handle it all under one roof. If you are responsible for how your fleet presents on the road, we are the partner that makes sure it reflects the standards your business is built on.

Surface Preparation Built for Vehicles That Take Real Punishment.

Trucks operate in conditions that would destroy a poorly installed wrap within weeks. Motorway speeds, stone chips, road salt, diesel spray, jet wash bays, and constant UV exposure. The surface preparation on a truck is not the same job as on a car or a van. It is harder, it takes longer, and it matters more. Our prep team works through a strict cleaning sequence on every vehicle. Adhesive cleaner to remove tar, old graphics residue, and industrial contamination. Non detergent soap wash. Clay bar treatment to pull embedded contaminants from the paint. Final wipe with surface preparation solution. We do this work in pairs, with each person going back over the other’s work before the next stage begins. That two person system catches what solo prep misses, and on a vehicle this size, there is more to miss.

Edges That Hold on Any Motorway, Not Just on the Day They Leave the Workshop.

The difference between a truck wrap that lasts and one that fails comes down to what happens at the edges. We post heat every edge to between 93 and 107 degrees Celsius and use primer on all stretch points and exposed edges. On cab rooflines, trailer corners, and rear door edges where airflow and mechanical stress are highest, we give particular attention to the seal. Rear doors on rigid bodies and trailers have deep channels, complex hinge areas, and rubber seals that trap dirt. We clean and prep inside the door shuts and wrap the visible edges so there are no raw paint lines when the doors are open. A tractor unit cab has compound curves around the sleeper, deep recesses around headlights and grilles, and hardware that all needs to be worked around cleanly. A box trailer is the biggest single canvas you will ever brand, and any inconsistency in application is visible from a hundred metres away. After more than a decade of wrapping commercial vehicles at a higher volume than any other studio in Birmingham, there is very little our team has not already dealt with and solved.

Frequently Asked Questions

Truck wrap pricing depends on the vehicle type, the coverage required, and the complexity of the design. A cab wrap on a standard tractor unit starts from around £700 for a partial wrap and goes up to £3,500 or more for a full wrap. A full rigid body wrap typically falls between £3,500 and £5,000. Trailer wraps start from around £1,800 for a partial wrap and £3,000 upwards for full coverage. Printed fleet graphics and custom branded livery are quoted individually. Get in touch with your vehicle details and we will give you an accurate price.

Wrapping is almost always cheaper than a commercial respray, and significantly less disruptive. A respray takes the vehicle off the road for longer, is permanent, and reduces flexibility if you rebrand in future. A wrap gives you a full colour change or branded livery for less money, protects the original paint, and can be removed or updated when your branding evolves.

With professional installation, correct surface preparation, and proper edge sealing, a quality vinyl wrap on a truck lasts between five and seven years under normal commercial operating conditions. Regular cleaning and avoiding abrasive jet wash chemicals will extend the life of the wrap further.

A tractor unit cab wrap typically takes two to three days. A full rigid body or box trailer can take three to five days depending on the size, design complexity, and amount of hardware that needs removing. For fleet rollouts we schedule vehicles to minimise downtime and keep your operation running.

Yes. The vinyl adheres well to refrigerated box bodies when installed correctly and does not affect insulation or the thermal performance of the unit. We have wrapped temperature controlled vehicles for a number of logistics and distribution clients.

Yes. We retain the artwork and specifications from your original job, which means we can replicate the same design on new vehicles with exact consistency. As your fleet grows, every new truck matches the ones already on the road.

Yes, but all old adhesive and graphics residue must be completely removed first. We strip previous livery back to clean paint as part of our standard prep process. Any contamination left behind will affect the adhesion and appearance of the new wrap.

es. We work with you or your marketing team to develop fleet graphics and livery layouts that make the most of your vehicle’s panel space. Whether you have existing artwork or need a design built from your brand guidelines, we handle the full process from concept to installation.
